With nothing but commitment and a phone, Jayson began making 100 cold calls daily, reaching out to local and regional businesses to offer transformative services like lead generation, social media management, and website development.

As GDG Media grew, Jayson realized he needed support to balance client demands with outreach efforts. He turned to Charles Solomon, a mutual friend with experience running his own agency and working for a global media company. Jayson brought Charles on as a consultant, starting with weekly strategy sessions every Wednesday at 6 a.m., combining their strengths to drive GDG Media’s growth and success.
With Charles’ support, Jayson became more efficient in managing GDG Media’s operations, allowing him to focus on developing innovative solutions for the agency and its clients. This renewed focus on creativity and strategy led to the discovery and creation of LeadMail, a email marketing system designed to revolutionize how businesses generate leads and connect with their audiences. LeadMail quickly became a cornerstone of GDG Media’s offerings, showcasing the power of collaboration and innovation in driving success.
